Robert D. Martin, CCIM, has been active in the Alaskan real estate market since 1983. In September, 2016, Martin returned to Carr Gottstein Properties as their leasing director, managing over 1.3M square feet of office, warehouse and retail inventory. He brings to transactions his professionalism and range of knowledge in keeping with the National Association of Realtors' commercial "CCIM" designation.
Between 2004 and 2014, Martin was the broker and owner of Ravenwood Real Estate. Ravenwood's clients included RSD Properties, Carr Gottstein Properties, Northrim Bank, NANA Corporation, The Tatitlek Corporation, The Alaska Railroad, Anchorage Community Mental Health Association, Hope Community Resources, Hickel Investments, Wal-Mart, Alaska Wild Berry Products, the City of King Cove, the Alaska Municipal League Joint Insurance Association, Alaska Housing Finance Corporation and the University of Alaska.
Prior to Ravenwood, Martin worked for Carr Gottstein Properties as a leasing agent. He spent ten years procuring and handling over 100 active leasing accounts in addition to marketing and negotiating the sales of various CGP assets.
Martin worked for Coldwell Banker AREA, Inc. for eight years before joining Carr Gottstein Properties.
